.. Hi, it’s me, Joana 🙂
I was born and raised in Northern Germany and have lived there almost all my life. In 2021, I took the leap, sold all my belongings and moved across the big pond to live in Miami, Florida.
Not for long though, but that’s another story – one that shaped my perspective on life tremendously.
I’ve been an active person my whole life and I was never overweight but somehow I also never felt comfortable in my body, the way I looked.
I desired an athletic, toned look and tried everything in my power to achieve that. From eating an apple a day to running 20km at 4 am in the morning… Low Carb, Keto Diet, you name it.
Instead of asking for help, I tried every possible diet on earth which led me to developing an eating disorder.
I was yo-yo dieting for years until I realized that this isn’t going to get my anywhere, at least not successfully.
I started education myself in the key areas fitness and nutrition, entered the sport of bodybuilding and learned how to build a toned, athletic physique I can maintain long-term through implementing a healthy lifestyle.
Since then, I’ve helped countless Executives & Sales Pros get in shape without having to sacrifice their entire life!
